Lifetime Warranty

All of Dunkinsdiamonds.com's diamond jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Once you receive your item you can have it professionally cleaned and inspected locally. Most jewelry stores perform these inspection services for free, including steam cleaning your ring and checking the prongs for tightness, regardless of where you made your original purchase. You can also clean jewelry yourself using jewelry cleaner or a toothbrush and warm soapy water.

Dunkinsdiamonds.com stands behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at cost. You may also return your jewelry to our offices for re-polishing and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry.

Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection

Dunkinsdiamonds.com offers free lifetime cleaning and inspection on your diamond and jewelry purchase, which includes us covering all shipping costs! We highly recommend that you have your diamonds and jewelry cleaned polished and inspected at the minimum every six months. These services are complimentary at Dunkinsdiamonds.com and Dunkin's Diamonds. Please contact customerservice@dunkinsdiamonds.com for the proper documentation and shipping instructions.

Free Shipping

Fast, free shipping is available to all our U.S. shipping destinations on orders $250 and up. In addition to free shipping, rest confident that all items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

Shipping Methods

For your protection, DunkinsDiamonds.com always:

  1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  2. Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
  3. Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
  4. Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
  5. Requires an adult to sign for the package.

Dunkin's Diamonds does not ship internationally.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

At the time your order is placed, Dunkinsdiamonds.com will collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.

Free Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dunkinsdiamonds.com, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange - we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to U.S customers and are limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-343-4883 or customerservice@dunkinsdiamonds.com
  2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
  3. Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  4. Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us! If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
  5. Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
  6. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Items sent to Dunkinsdiamonds.com office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Dunkinsdiamonds.com or Dunkin's Diamonds will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders are not returnable. Eternity bands and tension rings cannot usually be resized and must be completely remanufactured. For that reason it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase. Worry-Free Online Retail applies only to purchases through our online store and is not valid at any of our other store locations.

Lifetime Upgrade

Any natural loose diamond purchased from Dunkinsdiamonds.com can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement natural diamond of at least 2x or greater in value. The diamond that is being upgraded must be natural, in original condition, and accompanied by the original laboratory-grading document.
